Description: Trombone Workshop is an opportunity for high school and advanced middle school students to play and study trombone for a week with professional trombonists Dr. Phil Ostrander and Dr. John Tranter. Trombone students will get the chance to play in large and small trombone ensembles, study privately and perform together in a final concert. Students will have an opportunity to study either tenor or bass trombone. We will also play and study chamber music, jazz improvisation and orchestral performance. Challenge Dr. Tranter in table tennis in your free time! "Slide" into Shell Lake this summer with "Trombone Workshop!"
