Activity Details

Date: 8/4/2019 - 8/9/19

Time: Overnight Residential Camp

Location: Shell Lake Arts Center, Shell Lake, WI

Age Requirement: For students who have completed grades 6 - 11

Faculty: Ed Krejcie

Activity Description

It doesn't matter how much experience you have drawing and painting. This class offers you the opportunity to set personal goals and receive one-on-one instruction in a small group setting. The more ideas and questions you come to camp with, the more you'll improve your drawing and painting skills!  Begin the week setting goals and working with the instructor to create a plan of action to meet those goals. The class is limited to 20 students so you will have plenty of opportunities to get feedback and guidance!  You'll be able to spend the day in the studio working independently and with the instructor and take your art from ordinary to extraordinary. A variety of quality water-based paints will be on hand, along with a variety of drawing materials. Painting and drawing surfaces include quality papers, canvas, and board. Students can learn to stretch their own canvas as well.  A variety of quality water-based paints will be on hand, along with a variety of drawing materials.
