MAA Contribution (amount loaned to you): $320.25

This class also includes a Costume Fee (typically $70-90) with half due October 15 and the remaining amount due November 15. This expense is ineligible for the Tax Credit, and the family will be responsible for paying it directly to Division Street Dance.

Description: Ballet and Tap are combined based on age and experience. Ballet always begins at the barre, with work in the center and across the floor. In our ballet classes, students will learn proper ballet technique as well as the grace, balance, poise, and strength required to perform ballet choreography.  Tap will also begin at the barre, working on specific progressions of steps and working our way to the center. Emphasis is placed on clarity of tap sounds, weight shifts, and rhythms. Each style with culminate in choreographed dances learned to perform in the spring recital.

Attire Requirement:
Pink ballet shoes (girls), Black ballet shoes (boys) are required. Black tap shoes are also required.
